Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Emile Henry Couleurs 13 by 10-Inch Lasagna Baker, GreenCustomer Review: Fantastic Summary: 5 Stars
Emile Henry bakeware is fantastic and I use it for lots of stuff, not just lasagna. I ordered this dish as a replacement for one I had for years but I accidentally broke it. I was so upset when I broke it I ordered this one right then and it came just two days later! Cleans so easily and looks new after years of use! No kitchen is complete without this dish!
Description of Emile Henry Couleurs 13 by 10-Inch Lasagna Baker, GreenIdeal for baking lasagna, cobbler, and macaroni and cheese, this 10-by-13-inch dish is a traditional French shape and has an attractive ridged exterior that makes it welcome in country kitchens. It can go directly from freezer to oven, into the microwave, under the broiler, and through the dishwasher without harming its glossy, lead-free glaze, which does not absorb odors or moisture and is so hard it will not crack, discolor, or scratch--even if food is cut on it. Beautiful enough to grace a dining table, it measures 2-5/8 inches deep and weighs 4.6 pounds. Since 1850, Emile Henry cookware and bakeware have been made in Burgundy, where a unique clay is kiln-fired into a ceramic unsurpassed for conducting and retaining heat. Prized worldwide, Emile Henry products come in a wide range of colors, from the bright hues (with white interiors) of the Couleurs line to the earth tones (with creamy interiors) of the rustic Le Potier line, of which this green dish is a glowing example. Each piece is stamped with the year it was made and the initials of the craftsman responsible for its perfection and carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack
