Well, this dish gets the job done. For me the lasagna dish works out to a good height for the lasagna. I imagine with this dish you do have to be careful with it. It is can be heavy once filled. It is also easy to clean up afterwards.

There, potters still hand craft each piece from the local Burgundy Clay - one of the purest of clays, and finish each one with a process known as CERADON, which makes them extremely solid and durable.
